The Raiders coaches are swamped this week. The workload and stress both skyrocket when your team has lost three games in a row, and Wednesday afternoon they had to adjust and come up with a new plan as practice was cut short due to the air quality from the North Bay fires.
Offensive line coach Mike Tice took some time out before practice to talk about some of the issues with the 30th-ranked offense and his once-bullying line in particular. There was no small talk, no jokes and no stories (Mike is always good for some great ones).
