Johan Kappelhof -- the Club’s longest-tenured current player -- had arrived in Madrid to begin preseason preparations for the 2019 season after signing a new three-year contract on Jan. 26.
The 28-year-old was re-inserted into head coach Veljko Paunoviu0107’s central defense immediately as the Club’s full calendar of two-a-day sessions shifted from Spain to Charleston, S.
