Chicago Fire midfielder Przemysu0142aw Frankowski and the Polish Men's National Team began their qualification campaign for UEFA Euro 2020 with a 1-0 win over Austria on Thursday.
Frankowski -- in his fifth appearance for the National Team since debuting in March of 2018 -- entered the match as a halftime substitution for Arkadiusz Milik and slotted into the right wing of the Polish attack.
The 23-year-old was active in his 45-minute appearance, creating a particularly bright moment in the 61st minute on a cross to AC Milan's Krzysztof Piu0105tek that set up a dangerous -- but ultimately thwarted -- look at net for Hull City's Kamil Grosicki.
