Hi everyone, it’s TJ, the Chicago Red Stars editor here at Hot Time in Old Town. I’ve decided to do a bit of writing over at the Fire side of things here, and start providing player ratings. We’re working off the usual scale—10 is excellent and 1 is garbage.
Let’s dive right in. Here are the Fire player ratings for the 0-0 draw with FC Cincinnati at Nippert Stadium.
- It’s hard to argue with a clean sheet. He made three saves, and a couple of those were big ones.

- Lots of touches, and when he was in the game, the attack worked better down the left side.
