Chicago Fire defender Patrick Doody earned MLS Team of the Week honors for his performance in the Fire’s 4-1 domination of the New England Revolution on Saturday.
Doody, who was making just his second appearance of the season, was clinical in the final third against New England, providing the assist for Chicago’s final three goals.
The outside back really turned it on in the second half of the first 45 minutes, and set up Juninho for this rocket in the 39th minute.
And in the 49th minute, the former Indiana Hoosier was at it again.
