There are two teams below the Chicago Fire in the MLS Eastern Conference table at the moment, and one of them, Toronto FC, visits Soldier Field tonight (7 p.m. CT, WGN-TV, CFFC Live).
For Chicago, it’s a game where anything less than three points is a failure. But, this isn’t the same Toronto team we saw struggling earlier this season—since sacking Chris Armas back on July 4, the Reds have picked up a win and two draws.
It’ll be the first time these two teams have played since 2019.
“I think it’ll be a difficult match, as every game is in this league,” Fire defender Mauricio Pineda said.
