In just their second home match of the season, the Chicago Fire host the New England Revolution at Soldier Field tonight (6:30 p.m. CT, WGN & ESPN+).
With another home match looming against the Columbus Crew next weekend, this stretch marks the Fire’s first two-game home stand of the season. The team will be looking for the kind of success they found in the home opener—a dominant, 3-0 win over FC Cincinnati on Aug. 25.
“The first game here that we played against Cincinnati we had a good result, solidified this place as a fortress that we need to protect,” Fire defender Jonathan Bornstein said.
