BRIDGEVIEW, Ill (July 23, 2018) – The Chicago Fire will hit the road to take on the Philadelphia Union in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup semifinal on Aug. 8 at 6 p.m. CT at Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, Pa.
The draw for the semifinal and final rounds was held by U.S. Soccer on Monday afternoon. The Fire won the top priority to host the final should it advance. The draw for hosting priority finished as follows:

- Houston Dynamo
- LAFC
- Philadelphia Union
