BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. (Dec. 21, 2018) – The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced today that it has signed Diego Campos to a new contract. Campos, 23, is under contract for the 2019 MLS season with Club options for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
“When we drafted Diego and signed him to a reserve contract, we promised him that we would improve that original deal if he outperformed in his first professional season,” said Chicago Fire President and General Manager Nelson Rodriguez. “Happily, he demonstrated the character and ability that we projected of him.
