BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. (April 30, 2016) – Rookie defender Jonathan Campbell scored his first career MLS goal as the Chicago Fire drew 1-1 against D.C. United at Toyota Park on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
Campbell broke through late in the first half thanks to a free kick from Arturo Alvarez. Alvarez whipped in service from the left sideline and Campbell flicked his shot into the net from close range.

D.C. United pulled even midway through the second half. Chris Rolfe provided the cross and Patrick Nyarko had the finish with a header inside the area in the 65th minute.
