HARRISON, N.J. (May 18, 2016) -- The Chicago Fire closed their three-game road trip with a 1-0 loss against the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena on Wednesday.
Playing their third game in eight days, the Fire limited the defending MLS Supporters' Shield winners to one shot on goal. Unfortunately for Chicago, that one shot stood up despite a number of quality chances for the Fire during the course of the match.
The Fire's first chance came in the 19th minute. Brandon Vincent looped a cross into the box and Razvan Cocis won the header, directing his shot to the lower corner.
