Appearing as an All-Star for the second time, Schweinsteiger entered the match for LAFC defender Walker Zimmerman to begin the second half. The German legend provided a dangerous moment in 81st minute, as he drove a hard direct free kick attempt low and just wide of goalkeeper Jan Oblak's net as the MLS All-Stars looked to break onto the scoresheet.
