Historic Wrigley Field Marquee Installed Wednesday
As scheduled, the Wrigley Field Marquee was re-installed Wednesday and is back in place well in time for the home opener on Monday, April 11 against the Reds. The installation took a majority of the day as the iconic marquee went back up in four pieces.
The old LED section has been replaced by a Hi-Def video section. And for the first time, the back of the marquee is green. According to the Tribune, the back of the marquee will “face Wrigley’s new Marquee Grill on the terrace level.
