While the Cubs were busy winning their first National League Pennant in 71 years, Kyle Schwarber was making his debut in the Arizona Fall League in hopes of making a comeback in the World Series.
Schwarber, who tore his ACL and LCL during the opening weekend of the MLB season, said he had a set-up in the dugout where he was tracking the Cubs during their 5-0 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS.
And when he found out the Cubs had won, his new teammates gave him a champagne shower in the locker room.
