Chicago Cubs fans will watch Wednesday's NL wild-card game (8 p.m. ET, ESPN/WatchESPN) intently as the winner determines who their team will face in the NLDS.
So who would you prefer: the San Francisco Giants or New York Mets?
The Cubs were 4-3 against the Giants this season and 2-5 against the Mets. San Francisco has won three World Series since 2010, while New York bounced Chicago out of the postseason with a sweep in the NLCS last year.
As for flaws, the Giants' bullpen nearly cost them a playoff spot down the stretch, while the Mets' rotation is without key starters in Jacob deGrom, Matt Harvey and Steven Matz.
