The Cubs won four of six over the last week, which is good... but they really needed to go 5-1 to have any chance to pick up ground in the NL wild card race.

Amaya batted .500/.529/.938 (8-for-16) over the five games he played this past week, with two three-hit games, a pair of home runs including a grand slam, seven RBI and five runs scored.
