I’ve written here a number of times that I don’t think the Athletics — we’re not supposed to call them “Sacramento” but I might anyway — are going to complete their proposed move to Las Vegas.

I feel even more strongly about this after reading this Las Vegas Review-Journal article, which begins:

The cost of the Athletics’ planned Las Vegas ballpark has increased by a quarter-billion dollars, according to Las Vegas Stadium Authority documents.
