The Oakland Athletics are moving to Sacramento for at least the next three years, with an option for a fourth, while they figure out whether their move to Las Vegas will work or not.
Simple, right?
Well, not so fast. The A’s are going to have to share Sutter Health Park in Sacramento with the Triple-A Sacramento River Cats, an affiliate of the Giants, and that is making scheduling for 2025 a nightmare, per this article by John Shea in the San Francisco Chronicle:
