Pat Hughes made the call of the Cubs winning The World Series last week and on Monday it was announced that he is a finalist for the 2017 Ford C. Frick Award.
It’s been known for a long time that Mr. Hughes is a Hall of Fame broadcaster. And next month, he could very well be a Hall of Famer.
