The Milwaukee Brewers and St. Louis Cardinals will face each other in a three-game series beginning tonight in St. Louis. It will be the final meeting of these two teams for the 2019 season. The Cardinals have won nine and the Brewers seven of the first 16 games they’ve played.
The Cardinals lead the N.L. Central. The Brewers are tied with the Cubs for the second wild-card spot, four games behind St. Louis.
The headline to this post is a bit of a misnomer. As Cubs fans, we don’t really “root” for either one of the teams mentioned.
