SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — We stand this morning at a very different spot in Cubs history than we did a year ago.
The Cubs were defending World Series champions then. Season ticket prices had been raised considerably, and single-game prices also reflected that rise.
Today, the Cubs are a team looking like they are strong World Series contenders, but season-ticket prices went down for many, and I would expect single-game prices to follow that lead. Will that result in more ticket sales this year?
