- There was a three-way deal between the Red Sox, Royals and Mets that sent outfielder Andrew Beintendi to the Royals, outfielder Franchy Cordero to Boston and outfield prospect Khalil Lee to the Mets. There’s also another minor league player involved as well as some players to be named later. Maybe they should be named Brenda. You don’t see a lot of Brendas anymore.
