DOWN GOES BRYANT – There was a moment of terror for all Cubs fans yesterday as Kris Bryant and Albert Almora collided into each other (VIDEO) trying to make a play on a ball in left center-field. Visions of Kyle Schwarber passed before our eyes and I found myself, along with many others, frantically refreshing Twitter for any update on the status of Bryant after he left the game. Word came out after that it was a contusion and that he may even be back in the lineup as early as today. That’s amazing news, but let’s try to be careful out there.
