They’re not going to win 107 games this year; in fact, they’ll have to go 17-8 the rest of the way to even finish with a winning record. (Hint: That’s probably not gonna happen.)

The second half of the Giants’ season has been an unmitigated disaster. They played horrible baseball out of the break, opted against selling hard at the deadline, and have since fallen completely out of the postseason race, with a better chance of finishing last in the NL West than making the playoffs.
