Class A Advanced Myrtle Beach skipper Mark Johnson will manage the Solar Sox.
Black, acquired from the Yankees in the July 2013 Alfonso Soriano trade, was 3-5 with a 4.83 ERA in 34 games (nine starts) at Double-A Tennessee. Johnson, a sandwich pick in the 2012 Draft (43rd player overall), was 6-2 with a 2.15 ERA in 15 starts at Tennessee, including a complete game.
