Today is the National League Wild Card game which features the New York Mets and the San Francisco Giants and the Cubs fans wait for their opponent. The winner will travel to Chicago to face the Cubs Friday night in the National League Divisional Series. Everyone has a different opinion as to who they would rather face in the series, though the numbers in the straw poll I conducted a few weeks ago, more people would rather have faced the St. Louis Cardinals or the New York Mets than the Giants. Actually, the Mets and Cardinals were pretty much neck and neck in the poll with the Giants picking up around 10% of the votes.
