Whenever a team that is expected to be very good struggles to start the season, the refrain is always “it’s early.” The team has plenty of time to turn things around and no one should panic.
I have to say, if there was ever a clearer sign that it was time for a team to “hit the panic button” than it was for the Dodgers on Monday, I’m not sure what it is.
- What am I talking about? In case you’ve been in a coma since Monday, Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager is out for the season with Tommy John surgery.
