Making A Cubs Midsummer Deal: San Diego Padres

It's no secret that the San Diego Padres were the darlings of the offseason. Alvarez, and, famously, shortstop Trea Turner, who lived in limbo for six months while he waited to be trade-eligible following his first year from signing.
