David Ross’ run on Dancing with the Stars ended late Tuesday night when he finished second in the reality show contest to NFL running back Rashad Jennings.
Jennings was so good he’s going on tour with the pros from the show, while Ross should probably retire his dancing shoes, along with his catching gear.
Ross’ Zelig-like pop culture run since retiring as a World Series hero has been a source of amusement to people around the Cubs (“You thought you had a good year,” Cubs president Theo Epstein said with a shrug at Yale’s Class Day on Monday.
