Through pilates workouts and ingestion of kale juice, Jake Arrieta has famously molded his body into a pillar of health en route to becoming one of baseball's most dominant pitchers.
And now he'll be showing his athletic physique off in ESPN The Magazine's annual "Body Issue."
The issue comes around once a year to show athletes — sans clothing — and the hard work they've done to turn their bodies into the best on the planet for competing in their respective sports.
The company announced the roster for this year's issue Tuesday, and even aside from Arrieta, the issue will have a distinct Chicago flavor.
