Here’s how the Cubs’ current 40-man roster was put together

The Cubs’ 40-man roster currently stands at 39 players. Soon, many of us hope that 40th spot will be taken by Yu Darvish. (You didn’t think I’d let this entire article go without a Darvish mention, did you?)

While we wait for Darvish, I thought I’d have a look at how each current member of the 40-man was acquired.
