The Cubs officially recalled RHP Adam Warren from Triple-A Iowa. To make room on the active roster for Warren, RHP Joel Peralta was designated for assignment.
INF Tommy La Stella was activated from the 15-day disabled list and is in the starting lineup for Wednesday’s game.
