The Cubs took down the Wrigley Field marquee Monday as they begin Phase II of the renovation project on the iconic ballpark.
The historic marquee was taken down to protect it and make room for the construction needing to be accomplished on Wrigley throughout the fall/winter. The marquee will go back up by the start of next season.
