To say the least, Yu Darvish’s first few weeks in a Cubs uniform have been less than successful. Of his six starts, two of them were good, the other four... well, let’s be honest: Bad.
Darvish recently spent some time on the disabled list with the flu. He missed one start, which would have come up during the Marlins series, and had another pushed back by a day so he could be activated to start Tuesday’s game in Atlanta:
To no one’s surprise, the Cubs sent Mark Zagunis back to Triple-A Iowa to make room for Darvish.
