Victor Caratini is off to a blazing start with the bat this year, going 8-for-14 with a home run. He had an RBI double Thursday night, but was injured during that at-bat:
Victor Caratini injured left hand on first swing of his last AB. After X-ray, fear is it’s a hamate fracture. Will have CT scan Friday to get more information.

This is not good news; hamate fractures can take a long time to heal. And Caratini hit an RBI double in that at-bat after he injured his hand!
