You'll hear Cubs broadcasts on a different radio station starting in 2016.
We're only hours into the 2015-16 postseason and already there's news of a change for the Chicago Cubs. Not only is this completely unsurprising, but it's been rumored for months, ever since the Chicago White Sox announced they'd be leaving WSCR ("The Score") for WLS Radio. Chicago media columnist Robert Feder has the details:
CBS Radio plans to move Chicago Cubs baseball broadcasts to sports/talk WSCR AM 670 next year, sources said.For the past season, the Cubs aired on all-news WBBM AM 780.
