LOS ANGELES — Left fielder Joc Pederson is back in Los Angeles, where he spent the first seven seasons of his career, and a contingent of Dodgers, including Clayton Kershaw, Justin Turner, A.J. Pollock, Cody Bellinger and president Andrew Friedman, presented him with his 2020 World Series ring before the Cubs’ 4-0 victory Thursday.
Pederson has been catching up with his old teammates and coaches and before each game can be spotted talking on the field with old friends. The Dodgers also gave Pederson a video tribute.
‘‘I think it’s a special day for him,’’ Cubs manager David Ross said Thursday.
