So I took way too many pictures Monday at the White House. I spent too much time during President Obama’s speech trying to get a perfect picture with an iPhone 7 from the very back of the East Room. (How do you define very back? I was standing on a box jutting out from the back wall behind the media risers. Thankfully it didn’t break.)
So with that backlog of pictures, here is a photo essay, in chronological order, from my limited time with the Cubs, Obama and the people’s house.
This picture was taken just after our Cubs beat writer Sahadev Sharma and I entered the White House grounds.
