The Cubs added another potential bullpen arm on Monday, signing left-handed reliever Manny Parra to a Minor League deal.
Parra, 33, has spent the last three seasons in Cincinnati, racking up a 3.91 ERA over 150 appearances, including a 3.90 mark over 40 outings in 2015. He had previously spent parts of his first five big league seasons pitching for yet another National League Central foe, notching a 5.12 ERA over 172 games with the Brewers from 2007-12.
