Cubs 10, Reds 6: The hits just keep on coming

Once again, the complaint department door is closed up tight and locked after the Cubs’ fourth straight win, 10-6 over the Reds on a warm, windy Saturday afternoon at Wrigley Field.

Well, except for the performance of Brandon Kintzler. I’ll get to that, but let’s talk about the good stuff first.

Jose Quintana started off very well. He allowed two hits and a walk over the first three innings, throwing just 34 pitches. And the Cubs took a 3-0 lead in the second, on an RBI single by Ian Happ and this long home run from Daniel Murphy [VIDEO].
