The Chicago Cubs had no answers for the Cincinnati Reds as they managed just two hits the entire game. For a team that had so many thinking positive, it’s turned the other way after only five games. Tyler Chatwood allowed six walks but managed to hang in there allowing just one run over six innings. He’ll need to tighten things up in his next start, but it was the second-best effort of any of the five starters. The Cubs are 2-3–but remember–it’s only five games.
The Cubs have been bitten by the strikeout bug this season, but the power this team has is still there.
