The Cubs signed right-hander Antonio Santos to a minor-league contract. Santos pitched for the Rockies in 2020 and 2021. He most-recently pitched for Pericos de Puebla in the Mexican League. Santos has been assigned to the Double-A Tennessee Smokies.
