Jen-Ho Tseng struggled out of the gate, giving up two runs on two doubles and a single to the first four batters he faced. After that, he settled down and turned in a decent outing. The final line on Tseng was two runs on five hits over five innings. Tseng struck out seven and walked three.
Carl Edwards Jr. made a rehab appearance and he struggled. He didn’t give up a hit over two-thirds of an inning, but he walked two and hit one batter. Combined with a wild pitch and a sac fly, that led to two runs and the loss.
