Starting pitcher Joe Biagini went four innings and surrendered just one run on five hits. He did walk four batters while striking out just two.
Brendan Little took the loss after giving up his first two runs in Triple-A in the bottom of the eighth inning. He walked the bases loaded to start the inning and two of those three walks came around to score. Little’s final line was two runs on one hit and three walks over one inning. Little did not strike anyone out.
