Alec Mills was perfect over six innings, retiring all 18 batters he faced. He struck out four of them and got the win.
Rob Zastryzny relieved Mills in the seventh and gave up the first hit and the first baserunner in the eighth inning. He came out for Dakota Mekkes who gave up another single in the eighth, but those were the only two baserunners of the game for Salt Lake.
Catcher Taylor Davis hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning, his third of the season.
