Chicago Cubs make offensive explosion early in Game 6

Indians’ pitcher Josh Tomlin pitched a great game in his first World Series start, holding the Cubs scoreless through 4-2/3 innings in Game 3. The Indians went on to win that game by a score of 1-0. It was the second time the Chicago Cubs had been shut out in the first three games.

Offense has been a bit of an issue for the Cubs in this World Series. They scored five runs in their Game 2 win but were held scoreless once again in Game 3. After losing Game 4, 7-2, the Cubs managed to stave off elimination, winning Game 5 by a score of 3-2.
