There's nothing quite like a father-son bond, even if Chicago Cubs catcher David Ross and first baseman Anthony Rizzo aren't actually blood related.
Rizzo turned 27 on Monday, and Ross turned to Twitter to wish his fellow teammate and surrogate son a happy birthday.
The back and forth between the fellow Cubs has gone on throughout the season. Ross, nicknamed "Grandpa Rossy," received a hilarious Father's Day card from Rizzo back in June and now the longtime catcher is returning the favor.
Chicago is off on Monday night, so the Cubs' father-son combo will have the evening to celebrate Rizzo's birthday how they choose.
