Jon Hamm confirmed the rumor he had a "run-in" with Bill Murray after Game 5 of the World Series at Murphy's Bleachers right next to Wrigley Field.
Hamm is a devout Cardinals fan who trolled Cubs fans by sporting a St. Louis hat at Wrigley for all three World Series games:
As the legend goes, Murray — the most famous Cubs fan — met Hamm after the game at Murphy's, saw the "Mad Men" star wearing a Cardinals hat, ripped it off Hamm's head and tossed it outside.
Hamm confirmed the story on the Dan Patrick Show Wednesday morning:
Patrick asks Hamm if there was a "run-in" with Murray during the World Series.
