Welcome to your late week, late night, indie coffee shop. We’re a bit jet lagged vicariously as the Cubs and some of their fans traveled to Japan for the Tokyo Series this week. Here in Chicago we’re serving some green matcha IPAs, a sake bomb or two, or maybe just tea, if you’d prefer.
But the Cubs being in Japan means baseball is imminent. We are mere days away from getting up at 5 am to watch the first pitches of the 2025 season, live from Tokyo. It’s honestly going to be great. Just ask Justin Turner:
