Baseball Hall Of Fame Releases 2016 BBWAA Ballot

The offseason brings, among other things, Hall of Fame voting from the Baseball Writers Association of America. Now, we could sit here and argue about whether the BBWAA still deserves to have the honor of voting, but that's a discussion for another day, I think.

Here's the Hall's release on the ballot, which includes 32 names, 15 of whom are on the ballot for the first time. The first-time candidates are Garret Anderson, Brad Ausmus, Luis Castillo, David Eckstein, Jim Edmonds, Troy Glaus, Ken Griffey Jr.
